After your free discovery call, you'll receive a contract and scheduling details for our 60-minute virtual onboarding session (typically 2-4 weeks after signing). Once signed and your first month's retainer is received, we meet to review your current systems, discuss communication preferences, and map out initial priorities. Most clients see immediate relief within the first three to four weeks as I begin to learn their style and take work off their plate.
During onboarding, we’ll set a regular check-in series to make sure priorities are consistently aligned. I use your preferred systems (or can implement my favorites if you don’t have them set up!) so you always know what's happening without micromanaging.
